Article Seven: People's Parliament

There shall stand a tri-cameral system of which the upper is the houses of administrators, houses of governors and the house of ambassadors as the lower chamber, in which eleven, twenty-one and thirty-nine peoples shall be contained respectivley. Together as the people's parliamentry office, the members shall be elected in by the citizens. The judicial office is the only being able to impeach any members, and each house shall elect a speaker. A term time of three months shall be given to all members within the people's parliamentary office. The members must also attend the meeting of the 7th March, and any other meetings. The body will call for improvements and possible bills, that they would like to see to be voted for in the legislative branch.

Article Eight: Electoral Commission's Office

All election results shall be passed and prosessed by this commision. They will give out the final verdict for all elections. No member of any other body may take this post but only the public. There shall be three counters, of which they will all present the results for different purposes.

Article Nine: The Cabinet

There shall be several departments and ministries within the nation, governed by a secretary or a minister. They will head and oversee their depatment/ministery and call for possible improvements to members of the legislative branch. They will also advise the head of government on their current position and future posibilities. The head of government may delete and create more departments, and will also appoint members of the executive office (excluding the Department of Justice, from the judicial branch) to take these positions in addition to their current post.
The deparments are as follows:

Department of State
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Cabinet Office
Department of the Treasury and the Chancellor of the Exchequer
Ministry of Internal Affairs
Department of Justice
Ministry of Defense and the Military
Department of International Development
Department of Interior Development

Article Ten: Appointments of nobility

Only the head of state may give out titles of nobility and such styles. They are for ceremonial purposes only , but other members must reffer to them as their title. This will not hold any privilages, but only for gratitude for what they have given and done to their region.

Article Eleven: Foreign Relation's Office

Section One: Ambassadors

Ambassadors will enter neutral regions and nations to get contact with them to create alliences with them on behalf of the Lost Lands of Mare Incognita. They may also create embassies in other territories, and allow other nations to create embassies within this region. They may also become recruiters, to import new nations to our region. They will also be the messenger with the other regions during talks.

Section Two: Diplomats

In times of war they shall take the jobs of ambassadors. They will work with the martial branch to bring, peace, prosperity and better relations. They will also be the void to other regions, though they may not set-up embassies in hostile territory.

Article Twelve: Head of State and Succession Laws

Elective laws of succesion will be used therefore, for purposes of the region after two years the head of state must abdicate and the pre-shosen sucsessor will become monarch.

Article Thirteen: Bills and Amendments to the Constitution

All bills will be proposed by the people's parliamentary office. If a two-thirds vote is passed, it will proceed to the parliamentary congress as a whole, where all members of all houses shall vote. If a two-thirds vote shall be passed, it shall be sent to the head of government. If signed it will be passed to the head of state, and if signed will become law. If either the head of government or the head of state shall not sign the bill, the proposed bill shall be sent back to the people's parliamentary office with objections. The office will reconstruct the bill and follow the above mentioned format. If declined once again, no reconstruction has been proposed, or declined during the first vote by the people's parliamentary office; it shall be scraped, and may only be revised or re-proposed after six months of redrafting at the minimum. If after these six months the head of government or state shall not sign, the people's parliamentary office and the parliamentary congress may together vote, and after a three-quarter vote, this bill shall be law, without the approval of the head of government or state.
A three-quarters vote of the chamber of delegates only, will be nessassary to amend the constitution. They may be created and proposed by a two-thirds vote of any house in the parliamentary congress.

Article Fifteen: Pledges and Oaths

All members of the government must swear an oath bofore they begin office, to follow and protect this very constitution with its amendments.

Article Sixteen: Head of Government and Head of State

The Head of Government shall be a President elected by the peoples of the region. Thy will protect this very constitution and help protect the region's well-being.
The Head of State shall be a Emperor-elector and will have to elect a sucessor before the end of thy regin as dictated previously in this very constitution.
