I. Introduction to the Region

The Lost Lands of Mare Incognita (LLMI) is a regional organisation holding nations on nationstates.net as its core. Its intensions and purpose is to create fair play within the community, promoting values of democracy and free will and co-operating with other nations in diplomacy, military activity and economical strength. Although the region offers guidelines for good governing, all decisions are to be sanctioned by the nation itself and nothing is forced. The region has a democratic government with its citizens have chances to vote for many positions within the parliament. It is also under the constitution that all nations have and retain the right to become a preliminary candidate in all elections, whether independant or in a political party. These citizens that are part of the government will have a fixed term in office.
