Our region has three branches in its government: Executive (Government), Legistlative (Legistlations and Constitutions) and Judicial (the Court/Laws).
Parlimentary Congress of Incognita-Legistlative branch
Incognitan Parlimentary Council-Executive branch
Incognitan Supreme Court of Justice-Judicial branch
These three branches will be governed by the three aforementioned chambers.
The Parlimentary Congress of Incognita will have 32 members (max.) with the Head of State being one of them. Within the Legistlative branch there are three Chambers/Houses: Upper (8 members), Middle (11 members) and Lower (13 members). It will be closley associated with foreign relations and will support and set guidelines for the Head of Government.
Jobs:
Write and begin votes for the Chambers to vote on
Set budgets and improvments to the region/forum
Has almighty power the call a war
Can begin investigations (including all areas of the government) and send a report to the Head of State and Judicial branch whom together will charge the defendant if sufficient evidence of violations of the law and/or constitutions appear.
Appoints members of the Executive branch
Ratifies treaties/constitutions/alliances
The Incognitan Parlimentary Council will comprise of 11 members (max.) with the Head of Government being one of them. It will help the Head of Government set-up targets for his/her term and their priorities/policies/intensions.
Jobs:
Refuse to accept some decisions made by the bicameral chambers, in which case it will be over ruled.
Can command the military with the military leaders
Can declare the state of the region e.g. State of emergency
Can pardon the banned
Can appoint judges for the Judicial branch
The Incognian Supreme Court of Justice will have five judges (max.) with some figures of higher authority. They will convict law and/or nations that convict the constitution.
Jobs:
Determines which laws are important in any given case
Can interpret and apply the law in however way they seem plausable for any given case
May propose for a law to be removed if it contradicts another
Determines the outcome of the convicted
Patrols its own members
The Head of Government can change the amount of members in the councils according to the constitution.
He/she can also summon the Deputies Commision which compries of an upper and lower house; Assembly of Councellors and the Assembly of Delegates respectivley to help run the nation when in doubt or on absence. This will be comprised of a maximum of nine members which will be elected by and from the upper house of the Parliament, but the number of memebers cannot be changed, even with the powers of the Head of State or Government. The houses will effectively run the region with a democratic voting system with a head for each house but the branch can be opened for two months only until it is dissolved, when either the Head of Government must abdicate, call an election or continue his/her reign.
Two other seperate branches involving society: Martial branch (Military and Police) and Humanitarian branch (Rights/UN Ambassador/Peacekeepers)
